* thanks to nati_ueno and team, we now have a gate running on devstack
  as well as devstack + tempest  (danwent, 21:03:21)
* right now these gates are in trial mode, so failures to do prevent
  comments, so keep an eye on them.  If we don't see any
  false-positives, we will soon switch to actually gating on them.

* grizzly-2 branch point is one week from today.  So all features should
  be in code review with two core dev reviewers actively reviewing.
