15:22:55 <lpiwowar> Does somebody know what might be the cause of this? When you deploy devstack with the basic local.conf from devstack quick start guide then you are not able to create a VM. The VM is stuck in BUILD state. (devstack master and ubuntu-jammy).

15:26:52 <lpiwowar> I've just tested it. Deployed devstack from master on ubuntu-jammy with the local.conf from the quick start guide. And when I tried to create a VM it was stuck in BUILD state. I thought that it was not enough resources thing. But when you deploy devstack with the different local.conf from the bug report then it works.
