  * This proposal was reviewed by Paul, and core team. Thank you for

  * The proposal was agreed and merged  (bh526r, 18:09:47)
  * Interim Gluon Neutron ML2 Plugin Code was submitted as part of code
    submission.  (bh526r, 18:10:35)

  * Niko submitted proposal of Database Migration from SQLLite to MySQL
    (bh526r, 18:11:25)
  * It was reviewed and merged  (bh526r, 18:11:42)
  * Ian suggested that we'll commit this now and revise it as discussed

  * Nikolas has volunteered and is writing the test and setting up the

  * Jin is working on database testing proposal  (bh526r, 18:13:06)
  * Ian will be working on devstack installer this week based on code

  * Georg is on vacation for next 2.5 weeks. We will discuss port and
