17:09:38 <alexsyip> So a client can ask if a particular rule or policy is active in the policy engine.
17:10:04 <alexsyip> I was thinking that we’d want to be able to read that info in the test to differentiate the state in the DB vs the state in the engine.
17:10:51 <thinrichs1> The main use case for that is synchronizing a Congress server (of which there may be several) with a single database recording the desired state of all Congress servers.  Right?
