larsksnaved001: here's a merge request for the gpg work: https://gitlab.com/open-infrastructure-labs/moc-cnv-sandbox/-/merge_requests/615:48
fungii see some more mention of argocd in the comments on that mr... out of curiosity what's the compelling featureset for argocd? is the plan to use kubernetes to orchestrate deploying everything?16:10
fungiparticularly curious about the review comment there, and wondering why you would adjust your systems management to accommodate your cd system rather than adjusting your cd system to fit whatever systems management is the best fit16:20
larsksfungi: well, we don't have any ci/cd system right now. argocd has floated to the top because a lot of our current work is focused around openshift, and there are folks already using it.19:39
larsksSo in terms of "...rather than adjusting your cd system to fit whatever systems management is the best fit", that's not currently an issue.19:40
fungigot it, so the decision was made chiefly on familiarity19:44
fungiif you do decide to try running zuul for doing ci and cd, it too has a gitlab driver as well as an openshift driver19:50
fungi(folks running openshift are also using zuul)19:51
