pattdepanickhi again13:04
pattdepanickI am still working on my integration with HOS 2.1 : I get the following error when launching the cloudkitty processor : 2016-02-04 15:27:10.893 3311 ERROR oslo_messaging._drivers.impl_rabbit [-] AMQP server on 10.0.1.120:5672 is unreachable: [Errno 111] ECONNREFUSED. Trying again in 2 seconds.13:05
pattdepanickwhen looking at the HOS doc, I found that we (HPE Helion Openstack) run some firewall rules on the control plane ...do you have a similar constraint on your openstack environments ? if so, do you apply some rules dedicated to cloudkitty ?13:07
sheeprineIt depends on deployments, but you need to access the message queue from the cloudkitty-processor14:13
sheeprinepattdepanick: It seems like the node deploying ck-proc is not allowed to acess rabbitmq14:14

pattdepanickrabbit mq error fixed , there were several things, like typos in the rabbit mq hosts ips....:-( and after this, a different implementation of service roles in HOS that made us change the user for ceilometer collection...in HOS, there is more granularity in services roles...17:21
pattdepanickso now cloudkitty processor works well17:22
pattdepanicktomorrow, we will try to get everything ok with horizon integration17:22
sheeprinepattdepanick: Great :)17:30
